Starting with a comprehensive market analysis, we identified the economic and demographic trends that influenced preferences for affordable rental housing. With the increase in job openings, most of millennials entered the workforce and started to form households in urban town centers. Purchasing of a home remains improbable for this demographic segment because of credit and liquidity constraints, yet the Class-A unit rental is too much to afford for the most of them.

Being aware of the market opportunities, we focused our investing on the undervalued and underperformed, yet well-positioned Class-B and Class-C multifamily assets, in major metropolitan areas. Our main objective is to enhance the value of our investments through extensive renovations, professional property management and repositioning, while maximizing returns to investors and providing residents with an enhanced quality of living.
